The place was fairly clean and quirky, had consistently courteous and accommodating stuff at the reception desk. The location a short walk to city centre was marvellous. It took me 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop.
It had very hard beds, maybe it was bad luck.

Generally, the place was brilliant and had wonderful and positive staff at the reception desk. The location was awesome for Palma de Mallorca, close to the communal areas, the sea before leaving Palma and train to Soller. There was café Toronto, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Overall it was a relaxing stay on next visit to Palma. The location was marvellous and lovely, 10 minutes' walk to the centre. We had a pretty nice bedroom.

It was clean with supper friendly staff at the reception desk. The location of the hotel was good - not very far from Sant Francesc Church. Moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 400 metres of the venue. We loved this staying.

Appreciated our wonderful stay there a lot. Generally everything was great. The breakfast was included. We stayed in a big size and unique room that had central heating, an electronic key card, and coffee/tea making equipment. The hotel was in the very central setting close to Palma centre. We had goodies and coffee at Espressart Cafe, it was located a couple of blocks away from the venue.

The location it offers is great and fantastic, close enough to the beach which was about ten minutes ride, restaurants, bars, shopping and about a 15-20 minute walk down to cathedral and the Old Town. The rooms here are airy and new-fashioned with very cool terrace.

Really enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Its location around 4-6 minutes' walk from Plaza del Olivar was great and absolutely perfect. The area was touristic near to the centre of town and local transport. The room with beautiful view.
